We aim to have any orders that are received before 2pm to be processed and despatched the same working day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) however in some instances at busier times, an order could be processed and dispatched 48 hours after being paid.
Delivery- All orders are sent through Royal Mail. At certain times of year your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait 5-9 working days before contacting us.
For those that live local we do provide a local delivery service £3.50 but please contact us first to confirm arrangements before ordering using this delivery service.
All orders made on Friday are sent out before 12pm. Any after will be sent out Monday due to not knowing how it is sorted through Royal Mail over the weekend.

Returns/refunds - if the parcel looks like it’s leaked/opened in/on the envelop, refuse the delivery as the parcel will be sent back to us at fogmakers. Then contact us on email@example.com telling us about the refusal so we can remake the order. As if it’s accepted and signed for we won’t be able to sort the error out and no action will be taken.
We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges on the basis of someone disliking of the juice. They must be a good enough reason for an exchange or refund. This is due to hygiene reasons.
For an refund to be issued or an exchange to take place we must have the items returned to us before we issues an exchange or refund.
All posted item have until the 9th day after postage, before being a lost/stolen parcel.
